“I was standing on that wall,” pointing to the concrete barrier that separates the property from the par-5 16th green. He vividly remembers the crowd’s reaction when Mickelson’s eagle putt failed in 2016.
“And watching them tee off on the 18th, too,” Kelly added, referring to the hole directly in front of the house. “It’s fantastic, you’re here and you have everything going on around you. You’re spoiled for choice, to be honest.”
Annabel Blackett, listing agent from Strutt & Parker’s National Country Home Department in the North and Scotland, described the sale as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
